The Shift That Changes Everything

From Living in the Head to Living in the Heart

Absolutely nothing important will change in your life, ever! It’s guaranteed! Unless, of course, you get out of your head and into your heart.

The Cycle of Outer Seeking

No matter how hard you try to change your outer life, nothing will really change who and what you are. In essence, you will continue an outwardly focused life driven automatically by learned patterns of behavior, beliefs, and roles in your mind’s software programming. Always seeking outer validation from people, activities, or things to compensate for the increasing inner emptiness that’s propelling us into crisis mode.

Our mentally limited way of engaging life is surface-level and two-dimensional — an old role as an everyday superhero maintaining status quo and resisting change at all costs.

The Battle for Outer Change

We battle for our version of outer change and resist any other outer version every day. Because of this, we become totally locked into a reactive engagement with life.

The concept that there is something completely beyond needing to battle and strive outwardly for success seems absurd.

And yet, we once did experience a profound shift beyond mental comprehension — when our hearts were turned on during the centering experience called romantic love.

Reprogramming Through the Heart

By repeatedly refocusing awareness inwardly on our own heart center, our software programming changes as well. More and more, we automatically shift into becoming heart-full and radiantly whole.

Notice the actual heart-to-head neurologic connection that occurs when we activate the heart center more fully and repeatedly. This reinforces new software programming.

A Practice of Centering

Take time right now to breathe and relax.

Center yourself.

Shift your awareness inward and see yourself with a full and radiant heart, just like the second image.

Stay with it until it becomes you now.

Continue until you feel complete.
