THE TALE OF THE AUTOCRATIC MIND AND THE EMPTY, GREY, AND COLD HEART

Once Upon a time there was a mind, it was quite young. It had little power. Most of the power was being used by the body to grow physically. And there was also some life force being used by the heart. It was activated over and over through a mother's embrace. And so it was, for some time, in a place called paradise. A place where there were embraces that made hearts warm and full and golden repeatedly.
But this isn't the end of the story because the mind also had a yearning to be equal to the body, it was, you might say jealous, and so mental development became the focus of life and continued as men started manufacturing and maintaining what would ultimately be called, an artificial reality. It became known as the desert years of life. No real water for the heart or soul. This time this reality and its information became hyper-stimulated and manipulated so much so that the mind was basically turned on 24/7. It soon became overwhelmed and overloaded!
During that time the humans forgot they had a body, and it was treated poorly, no energy was directed toward maintaining it. In addition, there were no embraces anymore, and love, in its romantic form, was completely forgotten. Love had in essence died.
The profound autocracy of the mind was increasingly the fate of so many humans. But the day came when the heart became so empty and gray and cold that the owners of the mind and its autocratic ways suddenly realized they had become zombies. Zoned out zombies. Unable to feel, unable to love.
Only real deep honesty allowed them to admit that indeed they were confused and afraid and profoundly empty. That the autocratic mind and its quest for more power was not the answer, as it resulted in inner conflict and internal self-destructive events.
It was the darkest of times.
But only when being in that darkness for a long time did a tiny light in the distance reveal itself.
And as the light was contemplated and surrendered to it began to grow. The only way it could grow was by continuing to be connected to it and then one day there was a sudden explosion within and so many hearts became unfrozen that day at the same time. And a profound shift occurred as the autocracy of the mind ended, as a full resurrection of the heart light within occurred.
Yes. power rushed into the heart. It exploded outwardly both upwardly and downwardly and created completely unified beings that had once been imprisoned by the mind. The transmission lines fully united mind and body with and through the heart.
Mind and body came into profound balance with a fully turned on heart. It was an internalized democracy, and it was an internalized love affair! Mind and body and heart unified, and in perfect balance!
No woman, or man, can do more to live a full life
then to live with a full and radiant heart.
And so it came to pass that the misery caused by mental autocracies gave way to the inner democracies and a new way of life was birthed. Everyone was truly treated equally and every light, yes, every light was allowed to shine freely.
And so, our story’s moral is this, if we're ready to go beyond an autocracy of the mind that is leaving our hearts increasingly empty, gray and cold, then use the tool called heart centering. Center yourself over and over and turn it on, keep it on, and share it till all hearts are warm and full and radiantly gold.
