The above images depict what is left for us, a tiny little pilot light which is the only thing left after many years of using our heart energy up. Ironically, it’s also the real reason we have not yet turned into zombies.

A critically empty heart is the real diagnosis.

But by focusing on that pilot light, also known as our heart star, we can recharge ourselves many times a day. Once again, we can experience a unified and whole self. As our hearts are increasingly filled to full and overflowing.
